Would you like to know about a super easy way to scale up your Facebook & Instagram Ads?
No, I’m not talking about the following types of scaling.
✅ Budget Scaling – where you simply spend more money running the ad. 🙄
✅ Audience Scaling – where you run your ad to additional audiences, lookalike audiences, or even No Audience. Yes, the “No” Audience can work great. It’s the biggest audience for one of my clients.
✅ Geography Scaling – where you run your ad in additional cities, states, or countries.
✅ Offer Scaling – where you create new offers.
✅ Hook scaling – where you create new hooks for your sales page, webinar, squeeze page etc.
✅ Ad Scaling – where you create entirely new ads.
These scaling methods will only get you so far. Yes, they are good ways to scale. But, what if you want to scale even more? Then maybe it’s time to try out this new scaling strategy I call:
Basically, you run the same ad with the same text, headline, CTA, description, etc. The only thing that changes is your image or video. (It’s a lot easier to test 20 new images than 20 new videos.)
Here’s how Image Scaling got me 149% More Sales from a Facebook™/Instagram™ Ad:
I created a new winning ad about 5 months ago for a client of mine. I launched it in a Dynamic Ad Set with 3 different images to test it out. And it ended up being a winner. 🙌
That original ad generated about $47,779.15 in revenue. But, my client wanted to profitably scale as fast as possible that month. So, I immediately image scaled that ad. And since then, I’ve Image Scaled that ad several more times, and generated more sales as a result.
Here are the sales generated by the Original Ad and the Image Scaled Ads.
- The Original Ad has brought in about $47,779.15 in revenue – as of today,
- The Image Scaled Ads have brought in about $119,102.20 in revenue – as of today.
Here’s how you can Image Scale one of your ads right now:
#1. Log into your ad account.
#2. Find one of your best converting ads.
#3. Go to an Image Website like Shutterstock, Pixabay, or Canva.
#4. Grab 5-10 new images that are similar to your ad’s content. So, if you’re running an ad about Pool Maintenance, then find a whole bunch more pictures of pools.
Here are some of the different “Swimming Pool” Images I found in a quick Shutterstock search. Grab pictures of people inside the pool, dogs in the pool, kids in the pool, a kid jumping into the pool, etc. You never know which images will convert and which will bomb. So, just try them out.
#5. Clone that ad and run it as a Dynamic Ad Set with 3-5 new images. Facebook will automatically test those images out for you, and scale up the best-converting image(s).)
#6. Rinse and repeat this process until you’ve run out of images that work.
I’ve been able to dramatically scale up winning ads with this strategy. And so can you. So, try it out today.
And one more tip. Try some crazy images. You can even run images that only vaguely have something to do with the ad’s content. Sometimes, I’m surprised at the disconnect between an image and the ad topic on a high converting ad. But, I don’t care as long as it works!
